How long does the service take?

Most clearances are completed in 1 day. Deep cleaning may take 2–4 days.

How long can the clearance take?

It depends on volume, access and property type. In complex cases it may extend to several days, always with clear planning.

Do you offer 24/7 emergencies?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 48–72 hours, although we can adapt to urgent cases.

Do you work at weekends?

Can you collect the key from another address?

Yes, we arrange key collection from another address or via concierge, with full security and punctuality.

Do I need community permits?

In some cases, yes. If required, we will guide you on how to request them.

Do you issue waste management certificates?

Yes, we provide traceability documentation at the end.

Can you manage municipal permits?

For bulky removals we can coordinate public road occupancy permits.

Do you require a contract?

We formalise the quote and conditions in writing for your peace of mind.

What do you do with personal documents?

We identify and store them carefully. If requested by the client, we arrange secure destruction.

Do you remove furniture and appliances?

Yes, we remove furniture and appliances with an authorised manager.

Do you buy contents, furniture, appliances or other items?

We do not buy items directly, but we can help sell them or transport them to the buyer if needed.

Do you manage construction rubble?

Yes, we remove rubble and deliver it to authorised sites.

What do you do with reusable items?

We sort items and prioritise reuse or donation with the client’s authorisation. We work with local organisations to give items a second life whenever possible.

Do you remove scrap metal?

Yes, we have specific management for scrap and metals.

Do you manage hazardous waste?

If they appear, we coordinate with authorised managers according to regulations.

Besides collections, do you provide cleaning services?

Yes, we provide post-build cleaning, deep cleaning, disinfection and maintenance depending on the property.

Do you handle inheritance clearances?
